Our Original Diet... based on naturally occurring fat!

For more than 2 Million Years we ate The Original Diet... from the Original Menu. We thrived on this diet. Our incredible growth in strength, intelligence, consciousness, and self-awareness still amazes scientists. Our design is the result of eating naturally occurring fat! Feed the body as it was designed and it's optimal performance will return!
Lets illustrate human history with a twenty-four hour clock on which one hour represents 100,000 years of real past time. If the history of the human race began at midnight, then we would now be almost at the end of our first day. We lived as hunter-gatherers for nearly the whole of that day, from midnight through dawn, noon, and sunset. Finally, at 11:54 p.m., we adopted agriculture.
Oil production began only a mere 150 years ago. Using the same time scale above, 150 years (oil production enabling mass agriculture) would have been less than one second ago.
Since the mid 1800, when the first oil wells arrived, our population has gone from about 1.3 billion people to now being about 6.8 billion... in about one second of human history based on 24 hours. And disease has climb at about the same rate.
So think about this... we were hunter-gatherers, eating mostly wild caught meat and fish, lots of leafy vegetables, some nuts and seeds, and little seasonal high fibrous fruit for about 23.99 hours of the 24 hour long human history.
And for about one second of our history the "Corporate Food Industry" has been trying to convince us that nature's diet (existing mostly of saturated fat and protein) was wrong. Does this make sense?
If this hits-you-up-side-the-head as hard as it did us here at Fat Burnerś Café, and you are convinced enough to recognize we can't do better than nature, you may jump ahead to the "Bottom Line" and begin to re-learn or shall we say remember to practice once again eating from our original menu or as close as we can in today's world!
This is the exciting part. The effect of the shift to being a fat eater, thus a fat burner once again and away from being a sugar eater/burner (carbohydrate eater/burner) is enormous!!! Health is on its way and this health has nothing to do with some "Smart Choice" labeling on some industrial packaged food. The celebration continues.
Also, eating a "pre-agricultural diet", "paleo diet", or "the original diet" is so much more environmentally friendly.
